Sylvia was born in San José, Costa Rica, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Universidad Autónoma de Centroamérica (UACA) with degrees in Physical Education and Sports and Post Bachelor of Physical Education with Emphasis on Teaching. Sylvia has been working in the education field for more than 10 years, and enjoys teaching young children and bringing creative ways of learning to the class. She enjoys going to the movies, watching anime, music festivals, hiking, exploring new places, camping, collecting pins as souvenirs, and loves dogs.
