Reserve a Room


Centrally located near downtown Tucson at 700 North Stone Avenue, Make Way for Books’ central office is a beautiful, spacious, and inspirational space and a great option for your next meeting or event. To request a room reservation, please fill out the form below.

We offer two meeting rooms: a smaller conference room and a larger classroom. Both contain smart TVs, speaker/microphones, and webcams for virtual and hybrid meetings. Limited free parking is available.

Our spaces are available Monday-Thursday from 8:30am until 5pm.

Suggested donation:

Non-profits: $50.00 per meeting/day

For-profits: $75.00 per meeting/day

 

 

 

 

 

All external requests shall be submitted 14 calendar days prior to date needed. Make Way for Books Staff do not participate in approved events or provide any hosting amenities. No outside food is permitted. All trash must be removed and the space returned to its original condition upon conclusion of the event.

Donations may be made after reservation on the first scheduled meeting date at our office via cash, check, or credit card. Make Way for Books will have priority over the use of our meeting rooms, and reserves the right to supersede approved reservations. We will make reasonable efforts to relocate guest meetings or refund fee(s) paid.
