Join the C2C Book Club
Each month, we will introduce one of our favorite children's books for the C2C Book Club. Join us in sharing the books as well as a talk, sing, read, and play activity! Send us a photograph or video of your family sharing the book to be entered into a raffle to win our C2C Book of the Month!
Cover to Cover
Join us for 30 minutes of learning and fun! Cover to Cover is a fun and free family literacy program. We visit different community locations (like parks, schools, grocery stores, or the community food bank) to meet children and families for interactive storytime and fun literacy activities. Cover to Cover is geared toward children 0-8 and every child gets to take home a free book at the end of the session.
Sharing stories is great way to help your child fall in love with reading. Join us each Wednesday and the third Saturday at 10:30 am for a fun storytime for children 0-5. We share books, puppets, songs, and movement.
Meet us at the Make Way for Books office at 3955 E. Fort Lowell Rd., Suite 114.
Raising A Reader
Do you want to help your young child learn language and literacy skills, preparing them for success in school and beyond? Join us for Raising A Reader! Each week we meet for one hour of intentional storytime and activities which are fun and engaging for children and educational for parents and caregivers. Through our rotating book bags, you will receive great children's books to take home from each Raising A Reader session. When you bring back the book bag the next week, you will receive a new bag filled with different books to take home and share with your family.
Sharing books is a great way to bond with your child and discover the joy of books together. Check out our Family Video Gallery to see how other families read together and get ideas for fun ways to share books with your child.View the Family Video Gallery >
